There is a variety of planning work occurring in Lincoln Park, from creation of a Small Area Plan to designing enhancements to the Cross City Trail, and from exploring access for residents to healthy food to working with the police department to identify safety priorities. Residents are encouraged to share their vision and keep informed through surveys, meeting postings, and updates found here.

Fair Food Access Campaign

Healthy Duluth Area Coalition, CHUM, Community Action Duluth, and Duluth LISC are working together to improve food access for the most vulnerable groups in Lincoln Park, to engage residents in creating solutions to food access issues, and to explore policy options to help improve accessibility.

Neighborhood Revitalization Plan

In 2012, under the coordination of Duluth LISC and the At-Home in Duluth Collaborative, an update to the April 2007 Lincoln Park Plan was created. This plan identifies neighborhood priorities in housing, building family incomes and assets, stimulating economic activities, improving access to quality education, and promoting healthy environments and lifestyles.
